Details on what we record, our uses for it, and what we don't. In effect from September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The rate form needs gender, birth date, health self-rating, tobacco status, desired sum, and years. We transmit them to the carriers' quoter to pull rates; this site archives nothing. Name, address, phone, email—none required for rates. The same request twice may hit a brief temporary cache so we don't re-query.

Applying

Go ahead with an application and your prior answers prefill a protected form run by the carriers, under their terms. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129) supervises each application.

The contact form

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone, reply preference, subject, and note. It goes by email to the office; your email becomes the from line. We keep zero copies, no submission logs, no message archive. A brief abuse shield runs client-side before dispatch.

Measurement

We tally site visits via our own non-cookie system. Zero trackers or stored identifiers; your IP gets partially scrubbed before saving; referrer data is cleaned; logs vanish in three months. Visitors flagging Do Not Track or Privacy Control skip our logs entirely.

What we do not do

We never vend or hand off user details, run ad trackers, or hook in external counters. The only outside code runs through the carriers' app platform, and only on the apply page if you visit.
