Rates shown are ballpark only. Carriers furnish them for your picked health tier and are just for reference. Not an offer, not a price lock, not a yes. True cost, tier, and approval come from the underwriting; the actual contract is binding.

No binding happens here. A rate request, app form, or email doesn't activate coverage. Only when an insurer issues and you take a paid policy are you covered.

Coverage varies. Plans, insurers, and pricing shift by location and person, with no advance word. Rates here apply to California only.
